First-Drink Offer Terms

Spartan Nutrition’s website offer provides 50% off one prepared drink for an eligible first-time customer.

Eligibility

• Available only to an eligible first-time Spartan Nutrition customer.
• Limit one offer and one discounted drink per person.
• The claimant must provide accurate information and present the coupon to staff when ordering.

What the offer covers

The offer applies to one prepared drink sold by Spartan Nutrition. It does not apply to multiple drinks, delivery charges, full-size home-use products, kits, memberships, gift cards, taxes where applicable, or previous purchases.

Redemption

Show the coupon on your phone to Spartan Nutrition staff before completing the purchase. The offer cannot be combined with another discount and has no cash value. Screenshots, copied codes, inaccurate information or repeated claims may be declined.

The offer is intended for the customer’s first purchase. If an eligible customer completes a purchase without redeeming it, the same unredeemed one-per-person offer may be honored on a later purchase after staff verifies that it has not already been used. The offer does not provide a credit or refund for a previous purchase.

Changes and availability

Spartan Nutrition may correct errors, prevent misuse, or end or change the offer for future claimants. A valid offer already claimed in good faith will be handled reasonably by the store.
