What is Spartan Nutrition?
Spartan Nutrition is a locally owned, veteran-owned nutrition club in Bixby. We’ve served the community since 2016 with made-to-order energy teas, protein shakes, protein coffee, kid-friendly choices and special-menu favorites.
What makes your drinks “healthy”?
“Healthy drinks” can mean different things to different people. Spartan offers protein-focused shakes and lower-sugar or lower-calorie choices, depending on the recipe and customization. Nutrition and ingredients vary by drink, so ask the team for current information about the exact option you’re considering rather than relying on one claim for the entire menu.
Do you have products for specific health and fitness goals?
We offer prepared drinks and take-home products with different nutrition profiles. Tell the team what type of product you’re looking for and we can explain the available options and current product information. You can also shop home-use products with shipping. Ongoing coaching is not required, and product suggestions are not medical advice.
How much protein is in your shakes?
Protein varies by recipe, size and customization. Ask the team for the current nutrition information for the specific shake you want, especially if you are tracking protein or other nutrients.
Are your teas caffeinated?
Many energy teas are caffeinated. The amount can vary by drink and customization, so ask the team before ordering. Low-caffeine or caffeine-free choices may be available.
Can kids have your drinks?
We offer kid-friendly choices, including caffeine-free options. Because ingredients and caffeine vary, a parent or guardian should ask the team what is currently available and choose the option that is appropriate for their child.
Do you have seasonal or limited-time drinks?
Spartan features special and themed menus, including seasonal themes, but the recipes are not limited to that promotion. When a different special menu is featured, you can still ask for earlier recipes by name. Call ahead to confirm a specific ingredient.
Do you take call-in or online orders?
Yes. We accept walk-in and call-ahead orders for prepared-drink pickup. Call (918) 928-9755 for custom drink orders, or view the items currently available for online pickup. Online availability may differ from the full in-store menu.
What comes in a Mega Tea Kit?
Each single-serving kit includes Raspberry tea concentrate and Original N-R-G tea, plus one build-your-own flavor or named Spartan tea choice. You can choose up to one included Liftoff flavor and add available paid packet add-ins. The current base price is $10.75 before add-ins. Options, prices and availability may change, and the first-drink offer applies only to a prepared drink—not a take-home kit.
What’s the difference between a To-Go Tea and a Mega Tea Kit?
A $5 To-Go Tea is a simple single-serving option with one tea concentrate and one flavor or named Spartan recipe; Liftoff is an optional $3.25 add-on. A $10.75 Mega Tea Kit includes Raspberry tea concentrate, Original N-R-G tea, one flavor or named recipe, and up to one included Liftoff flavor. Current choices, prices and availability may change.
Can you make custom drinks?
Yes. Tell the team which flavors you enjoy and ask about a custom combination. Available flavors and customization options can change, so call ahead if you have a specific combination in mind.
Do you sponsor local events or teams?
Spartan generally supports local groups based on the specific need rather than through paid banner or shirt sponsorships. Call the club to discuss a team order, school or sports-team pricing, or a community request.
Do you offer vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free options?
Some drinks may be customizable for dietary preferences. Recipes and ingredients can change, so tell the team about any allergy or dietary need before ordering and ask them to confirm the current ingredients for your specific drink.
